Who we are
We are a small firm performing data analytics, custom programming, small business training and consulting services, primarily for the privately held land investing community.
We are a small firm performing data analytics, custom programming, small business training and consulting services, primarily for the privately held land investing community.
We organize a small investors community, international meetups in Phoenix and Miami, and domestic meetups in Park City and Kansas City. Our community serves investors from 7 countries. We have guest speakers on areas ranging from running your own mailer business, novations, marketing using text messages, traditional mailers, small business information security, entitlements, pinpoint market selection, hard money services, writing sales copy, and how to respond to changes in market conditions.
We run on Linux, but also write programs on Windows and MacOS X, and conduct training for Windows, ChromeOS, and Mac. We code in the client's choice of language, including Go, R, Perl, Bash, Python, and C#. We operate on the client's choice of on-prem servers or cloud infrastructure.
We believe in privacy and information security, both personally and professionally. Consequently, we tend to prefer servers outside of the largest players in the space. While we understand both the benefits and drawbacks of AI usage, when proprietary security is at a premium, we find AI usage to be lacking except for locally hosted LLMs. We avoid public social networks, since hosting one's own servers for communications is not too hard.
